Please help me, I'm preparing a training plan for under 16 (it will only be for 30 days) but I need some ideas and advice.
Hi,
Play a short 2x15 min testmatch with your own players. Concentrate on basic points like individual techniques (1:1 defense qualities, passing-catching,1:1 duelling qualities attackers, shooting etc)
Make a short list of the things you see that need attention to improve. (4 items each attack + defense). Then put them in a list on your calender. e.g.
Training session 1 : 1:1 defense + shooting from distance
Training session 2 : dribbling + blocking
Go on with only the 8 items of your list. Make sure you try to improve only a few technical aspects every session..
Find some drills in our database and train on the pitch.
In this way yuu will see that your players will improve quickly on the items you have picked out your test match.
Good luck!
