How can I download the videos?

I new and I need gymnastics videos for an essay

Hi Sergio,

You can't download individual videos but you can do a number of other things:

  1. Each video has its own hyperlink (see share button above each video)
  2. Create a session plan. This can then be printed of saved as a PDF
  3. Finally you can create a session plan (as above) and then publish your plan so anyone can see it!
