By this stage of the season your players should be used to dealing with a number of different types of ball when fielding. This session aims to give your players extra structured practice at catching high balls and difficult bobblers.
What's in the Session?
With match-like exercises, working in small groups, your players will practice catching and stopping the ball from difficult deliveries - reviewing the barrier catch and practising catching high balls when running at speed.
"Players don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care." Have a lot of enthusiasm in every session you teach. Do this and your players will feed off it!
