Score till you drop:

Place some rebound blocks around the D facing the goal.

The Player in the middle has to start by passing the ball into any rebound block and receive the returning ball and shoot at goal if the ball comes back out of the goal the player should repeat the practice with the same ball if the ball stays in the goal they should take the next ball from the penalty spot and repeat the practice of pass and scoring the rebound.

Random blocks:

Place as many rebound blocks as you have around the D. Players with a ball each run around play as many pass and receives with any rebound board.

Player hits the ball into the rebound blocks for the rebounding player to collect and score.

Rebound Blocks

Receiving the high ball:

Angle the rebound blocks so the ball returns high.

The player should stand quite far away so they can hit a full shot to receive back a high ball.
