DESCRIPTION

A passes to feeder B, sprints around the cones, receives pass from the feeder and throws at the goal.

Defenders 1 and 2 try to block the goalshots by only jumping and blocking. They do not come forward.

Handball Dodgeball:

Two opposing equal sides both start on the baseline of the area with 3 balls on the center line (half as many balls as there are players).

On the coach's call players sprint to try and collect the ball and claim it for their team. Once in possession of the ball players are trying to hit the opposition's cones whilst at the same time protecting their own cones.

The winning team is the first team to hit all of their opponent's cones.

One step and jump off and throw at the goal.

Pass B1-B2-B2 and goalshot.

Passing and receiving in motion. After the goalshot the left and right backcourtplayer change positions.

Variations :

- center shot when running

- center shot knee height

Pass B4-B1-B2-B3 who throws at the goal along side of the coming man B4.
Changing of positions : B4 goes to position B5, B5 to position B4.
