
1) each stroke in the sills set is done twice so that swimmers can receive feedback during the first 100 then act upon thi sin the second. each drill focuses o different aspects of the stroke, these can be changed from swimmer to swimmer. 2) the main set is anaerobic so is done at fast paces. swimmers will be challenged by this so make sure to encourage throughout the 200 IM at the end should be done off a dive, and timed to replicate a competition. swimmers should be sorted into heats of speed for them to have even competition.
encourag eswimmer to keep going as the set will be mentally challenging give pointers and tips for them to work on during th set.
