INSTRUCTIONS This drill is to help juniors understand channelling. Player one starts about 5m off the side line and player two starts on the side line. Player one passes the ball to player two. Player two's goal is to dribble it up the side line and through the end goal. Every time player two's team dribble's the ball through the end goal, they get a point for their team. After player one has passed the ball, they are to channel the player off the side line. After everyone on Player two's team has tried to get it down the side line, both teams swap.
