
1. Divide group into 3 even number teams. 3 different bibs colours. 2. Attacking team tries to score, defence aims to win the balll and outlet to waiting team in the resting zone. 3. Team that just attacked, becomes defenders, defending team becomes resting time.
1. Teams will ALWAYS ATTACK, DEFEND THEN REST. ATTACK, DEFEND, REST. 2. Waiting team (resting) needs to be ready to attack with ball. Jog bag to resting zone. Make sure pile of balls nearby. 3. Encourage players to quickly transition and shift from going from attack to defend then rest. 4. May need to add in fourth team if there are large amount of numbers. Will mean that two teams waiting in line near resting zone. Still attack, defend, rest.
