start with two teams. one is shooting into one goal the other is shooting into the two goals at the half way line, this team should be made up of defenders. Coach starts on the half way line with the baslls and passes it into to an attacking lead
the idea is that the defence should stay within 1 metre of the attackers. The game cannot start until an attacking run is made meaning they also practice there leads and post ups.
