Player starts on the cone. Player scans over both left and right shoulders. Player sprints toward target cone and slows down as to defend within 2m of the hat. Player runs backwards side on, focusing eyes on the hat. 4 sprint to hat 1, 3 sprints to hat 2, 3 sprints to hat 3 Rest 20-30 seconds before starting the next cone- > hat set.
