
Start with ball and player on white cone, players also on orange and blue. First player, plays a 1-2 with player at orange. This player then runs to red cone and back. On recieving ball back at white a square ball to blue, then follows ball going round outside of red cone. Player at blue feeds the striker running in before following the ball and immediately recieving 1-2 from new player at white.
Start with a walk through, then increase speed. Striker hits ball first time. Try to play one touch passes where possible
