
Playerâs are set up in even teams. They are instructed to tightly man mark throughout, requiring playerâs to communicate both defensively and attacking wise. Lots of movement is required to create space and lose markers.
Start with a fairly wide area to allow players to get a feel for it, if too easy make the area smaller, if too difficult make the area bigger. A player or 2 can be dedicated as switch players that are always attacking no matter which team has the ball. Make sure thereâs ballâs ready to pass in to keep the pace of drill.
