Set-up six cones in 2 lines of 3 cones as pictured. There should be 5 yards between each cone. Players form a line behind the center cone. Coach will call out different patterns using the 6 cones and players will need to quickly dribble the ball around various cones returning to the middle cone. Players should travel quickly between the cones and keep the ball tight to the cone as they go around it.
Players should be using the laces of their foot to push the ball quickly between cones. Players should be making tiny touches on the ball as they get around the cone so they can keep the ball tight to the cone.
