
The attacker (red) starts running with the ball and will try and score in one of the two small goals. The attacker can only shoot in area 2. The defender (blue) has to run into area 1 and is not allowed back into area 2. The defender will try and tackle the attacker.
Sprint - the defender needs to sprint out to the defender before he can get into area 2. Slow - Must slow down when he reaches the attacker to prevent the attacker from rounding the defender. Stance - sideways, knees bent, arms length away.
