
Suitable sized square in relation to the number of players. 1/2 Goals placed facing the coach who begins with the balls. Players are split into two teams and are given numbers 1-5 (depending on how many players).
When a players number is called they must run in a straight line, through the gate and into the area where the coach plays a ball. Players play off against their opposite number and must try and score in one of the goals. Encourage close control and the use of the laces to shoot on goal.
