After removing the ladders in inside cones players line up as per diagram. Inside square plays rondo and outside square passes around to each other. When ball is lost in the rondo, the inside players yell SWITCH and have to change positions with outside players, play continues.
Outside players must make a move away from cone and receive directionally on the correct foot. Rondo can be 2 touch unless there are too many changes then can be as many touches as the players want to hold up the game.
