DESCRIPTION

Players work in pairs facing each other about 5–7 yards apart. They perform 10 repetitions per foot or technique, progressing through the following sequence: Insole passes Laces passes Thigh–laces control and return Thigh–insole control and return Chest–insole control and return Headers After each set of 10 reps, players sprint to a cone behind them, then switch partners. The group can progress together through each pass type, or the coach can signal transitions with a whistle to control tempo and focus.

COACHING POINTS

Focus on clean technique and first touch control. Stay balanced — cushion the ball rather than letting it bounce off. Communicate with your partner for timing and accuracy. Use both feet equally during passing sets. Sprint with intensity after each round — simulate game transitions.
