
Throw in pairs, using the following routines: Square throw - stand front on and throw to partner. Look for long take back, rotate hips and bring non-throwing hand into chest (not down by side), throw 10m and repeat for 2 minutes Side On Throw - stand side on to partner; take one step with front foot and throw 20m. Look for long take back and weight over front leg on release. Repeat for 2 minutes. Crow hop Throw - stand side on to partner and take crow hop. Release and look for long take back and step with front foot towards target. Point left shoulder for as long as possible at target (not open up). 30m throw and repeat for 2 minutes. Quick feet throw - 10m. Start front on to partner; jump to put back foot where front foot would be (RH - right foot to where left foot is), front foot towards target and release side on throw. Repeat for 1 minute.
Long take back behind body, with hand facing back away from target Step straight line towards target, not out to the side Front shoulder stay towards target for as long as possible Bring front arm into chest on release of ball - NOT down by side.
