DESCRIPTION

Each player with bat, cone and ball: - Position aloing line 90o to wall - Cone and ball positioned requiring reach on front foot -Explain intended ball length, just short of length to length on leg stump but unlikely to bounce Demionstrate stable base, balance with weight on front foot, back knee moving to ground. Front foot positioned to ball or leg side of ball - Bringing bat and hand down and roll wrists. Progression: - take ball earlier to hit in front of square -Take ball later and use of wrists to hit ball behind square. - Hit ball with hands moving froim high to low and then high hitting ball high in front of square.
