DESCRIPTION

Players take it in turns to bowl to eachother. Reciever takes up a WK position and calls either 1,2,3 or 4. 1 asks teh bowler to bowl the ball via the nearest hoop to to them (demonstrated in the diagram) 2 refers to the middle hoop, 3 the far hoop and 4 a straight shot to the WK hands preferably aiming at teh stumps as well.

COACHING POINTS

This will allow your player to not only develop their bowling ability but develop a wider range fo bowls that will arrive a batters at different angles forcing different responses. Get the bowlers to try and think abotu what angle they are producing and how this might affect the batter and their reponse to the bowl.
