This time they will be facing the wall behind them. once the feeder hits the ball they will have to trun around and catch the ball. 3. At this stage, again they will be facing the wall and will have to run backwards and catch the ball. 4. This stage will test their fitness and movement. they will start on the floor, once the coach says go they will do a press up, get up and run forawrd to catch the ball.
