
Lye supine with FEARLESS Mini Band placed just above both knees.Heels should be placed shoulder width apart with legs flexed. Extend hips up as you press through your heels and squeeze your knees outward into bands. Psuse 1 sec in the abducytion phase and then return back to start. Repeat for 8-12 reps and 1-2 sets.
1. Extend hips so shoulder hip and knee are in a straight line . 2 Make sure to hold for 2 sec when the knees are pressed outwards in to band. Avoid over extenson of hiips and low back.
