DESCRIPTION

Oefening kan ook met meer spelers worden gedaan. Voeg defense toe. 

Opslag. Receptie vertrekt (eventueel vanuit een tros). Drie spelers doen contact en vallen aan. Gewoon doordraaien en reservespeler komt in. Na opslag eventueel defense en ook een tweede defensespeler kan worden toegevoegd. 

 

  • Indien geen score, grondcontact alvorens door te schuiven
  • Punten systeem toevoegen. Geen score = punt voor opslaggever (en minpunt voor sideout)
  • Uitbreiden naar volledige side-out met punten. Passeur toevoegen, blok en defense en zo dan rally
