Two groups on each court. Serve down line/zone 4 & 5
Serve behind the opponent's baseline and setter target stand in Zone 3. Two receivers call and pass the served ball to the setter then rotate. Targets become servers, to receivers then to set target. In this drill, receivers must keep low position and control ball direction.
