Start with both arms and then practice using just one arm (as shown in the video).
Technique pointers:
Don't wildly swing your arms at the ball, the majority of the power in this shot comes from your legs.
Knees bent and legs just wider than shoulder width apart. Eyes on the ball to the point of contact with wrists (ensure wrists are together).
