1. Servers take it in turns to serve to any of the three players on the other side of the net. If the server fails to make accurate serve they get another go. If they fail again they get 15 crunches/sit-ups;
2. Players receiving CALL for ball and pass high to Setter. Setter rolls ball back to Servers.
3. If player's pass is successful (i.e., the Setter catches it) the passer moves off court and next player comes into their place. Keep the backcourt lines stocked so players can keep coming on when a player comes off;
4. If the player nearest the Setter passes successfully, they swap with the Setter who rejoins the queue.
