Setting: Part 2: Back Court Movement

DESCRIPTION

1. Player in position '6' sets the ball to the green cone.

2. Player in position '1' moves to the green cone to set to positon '4'.

3. Position '4' sets back to player in postion '6'.

4. Replicate on the opposite side of the court.

COACHING POINTS

1. Point shoulders to your target.

2. Set with right foot forward.

3. Super man the ball into the air using the force of the knees and arms.

4. Jump set when in position '1'.
