Action

  1. A tosses to B,
  2. B passes to A,
  3. A sets B,
  4. B hits to A
  • Sequence repeates from #2

Proper form for volleying

  • Low to floor, arms out, shoulders in front of knees
  • Proper from for volleying: shoulders square to target
  • Use legs and hips t generate power
