The players will stand in their teams next to their hoops.
The coach will shout go and the first person in each team will run as fast as they can grab one ball and bring it back to there hoop and drop it in.
Once the first person is back the second person can go.
This continues untill all the balls have been removed fron the centre circle and are in each groups hoop.
The group with the most tennis balls by the end of the activity is the winner.
