1. Divide your players into teams and start with on player at the net without a racket and one player on the baseline verses two of the other players in the same formation on the other side.
2. The point begins with a courtesy feed and the player at the net can catch the ball for two points, if they misses the other team receives a point.
3. If the baseline player makes a mistake the other team receives a point.
4. Play best three out of five points or the first team to six and the winning team stays.
5. Players switch positions the next time they play a series.
6. For safety reason with hard hitters use foam or low compression balls.
