DESCRIPTION

Purpose:

  • Develop their tracking skills, judgment, footwork and hand-eye coordination.

Description:

  • Start by pairing up your players and one player will toss a ball to the other player.
  • The other player will catch the ball on either the first, second and third bounce.
  •  The pro can call out what bounce to the ball.

Progression:

  • Then progress to players hitting feeds from the pro on different bounces.
  •  The last progression can be players hitting in either singles or doubles format with different rules for each side, for example one bounce versus two bounces.

Safety:

  • Ensure players are well spread out.
