Server: is to continuously increase the pace of serves provided keeping the serve motion "continuous" and "powerless".
Returner: is to be on there toes "bouncing" not letting the heels ever touch the ground. Racket head should be centered your body with the head at least eye level.
Returner: regardless FH or BH the returner should always be coming forward towards the ball (in a attacking fashion)
