Description:
1. Form pairs. One is the thrower and one is the hitter.
2. The thrower tosses the ball and the hitter hits it back over the net.
3. The thrower catches the ball. Each successful catch after one bounce means one point to the team, a catch on the full is rewarded 2 points.
4. If the ball lands inside a hula hoop on the ground (Optional), it’s rewarded 3 points.
5. Change roles after a designated time.
