Designed to focus on recovering during at-net volleys
-Athlete 1 serves to athlete 2, Athlete 1 is to get to the T-back and wait for the volley
-Athlete two is to return the serve to athlete 1 and recover to the T-back
-Athletes will volley, if they leave the T-back to get the ball they MUST return back to where they were before going to get the ball again
-Each server will practice both sides then switch sides
-First to 5 points wins
-If the ball is hit past the service are into no man's land it is an out and a point for whomever is recieving the volley
