DESCRIPTION

Gather the participants together and start the jog but take in mind the colours of the cones.

Each cone apply different movement

Try shuffling 

Then slow jogging 

3 Times at least

COACHING POINTS

Make use of using your arms and doing different lateral movement like shuffling  each time you touch the baseline.

Make sure that everyone particlpates.

if walking is the only option then that is  fine as well.
