RUN around CONE for Forehands; then Backhands

DESCRIPTION

Run around the cone hitting 20 forehands... at 10, count done 10, 9, 8... forehands. Next player up is ready to step in.  4-5 players may be in line.

Then do backhands.  Same drill, but go around cone for backhands
