This drill consists of 4 players inside the court. Two will be in the net doing volleys and two will be in the baseline. The coach will be in the back and middle of the baseliners doing racquet feed. This drill will be a point system (first to 9), wherein whoever makes a mistake will need to sprint to the side fence then sprint back. If one of the volleyers made an error, both volleyers will need to sprint to the side fence then sprint back to their position (they should be able to come back within 3-4 seconds before the coach feed again). If one of the baseliners made an error, both baseliners will need to sprint to the side fence then come back to their position (they should be able to come back within 3-4 seconds before the coach feed again). The pair who will lose, will be replaced by the next pair and so on.
