DESCRIPTION

Two players starting simultaneously. 

1st ball: Forehand baseline 50 % power (Player 1)

2nd ball: Backhand baseline 50 % power (Player 2)

3rd ball: Forehand approach shot 75 % power (Player 1)

4th ball: Backhand approach shot 75 % power(Player 2)

5th ball: Short forehand approach shot 100 % power (Player 1)

6th ball: Short backhand approach shot 100 % power (Player 2)

 

Backhand player runs through ladder placing both feed in every square.

Forehand player doing slalom through cones.

 

Both players switching start positions next round. 

 

Group size: 1-6
