Form a line off the court. Place one player in each service box. The coach tosses the ball to the player in box #4,
The player must hit the ball over the net to either player 1 or 2.
The boundaries are the four service boxes. Play continues until the ball goes into the net or out of play. The player who misses returns to the line. The empty box is filled by the player in the box number below them.
The new player goes into box #4. The objectives is to get to box #1.
