Pass ball in line 3Meters 2touches (5mins),1touch (5mins)

Stretching water (2mins)

(b). Pass ball in Triangle

Pass ball 3Meters 2touches (5mins),1touch (5mins)

Stretching water (2mins)

(c). Pass to remitter then Shoot:

Pass the ball to remitter, then control and shoot / center, left, right (6mins each)

Stretching water (2mins)

Finish training with game about 20mins with Theme

5 passes=1 Goal, max 3 touches (10mins)

5 passes=1 Goal, Free touches (10mins)
