DESCRIPTION

Players designated at all 6 stations. 

When the coach blows his whistle the players have to do an assigned exercise for 30 seconds.

When he blows his whistle the players finish and move to the next station and repeat. 

The circuit is completed when the players have come back to their original station.

Station 1 = Squats

Station 2 = Sharp turns with a ball

Station 3 = Stepovers with a ball

Station 4 = Burpees

Station 5 = Dribble through a cone slalom

Station 6 = Kick ups
