Players pass to their right and join the line on their left. Whichever player has the ball, first player from opposite line presses them.
I.e. the player on the ball in diagram passes to red on their right and then runs to line on their left. As soon as they have played the pass, the first red from the right runs towards red on the left to apply pressure.
Repeat this cycle then switch to passing on left.
Progress to the player can pass to right or left, therefore players in other lines have to be ready to either receive the pass or press.
The pressing player has to always be switched on and apply pressure as soon as the ball has left the passing players foot.
Receiving player open their body when controlling the ball - this should be a trigger for pressing player.
