Coach places spots in a line in the middle of the room dividing the room into two halves
Players are divided in to two teams

Coach can make it in to a two round competition, once time limit has been reached and no clear winner coach may changed sides and play another 3 minutes.
Encourage the players to control the ball and try and kick the ball in to an open space across the other side
Encourage players to try use their weaker foot to kick the ball over to the other side.
