DESCRIPTION

White starts with a slalom through the yellow cones. Pass to red and behind them, out to the right for first time finish. 

Move to black cones. Dribble with ball to second black cone then back to first. Dribble to 3rd cone and back to 2nd etc. Pass to red, out to the left for first time finish.

Finally, quick feet through the ladders, pass to red for first time finish on the right.

COACHING POINTS

Quick, small touches when dribbling. Must be done at pace at all times, with and without the ball.
