Central red team has to pass to top red team who can score into their net. Central whites have to cut off passing lanes between red teams.
Whites, when they have the ball, do the same. Pass to bottom white team for a finish. Red team defends.
One player from other team can press at a time.
Team in possession have to pass quickly side to side, unsettle the defence. 3 attacking players of team in possession have to move off the ball to find gaps in the defending team.
Defenders can't allow big gaps to open ut between each other. Stay compact and organised. Communicate.
