1. set up blue and red cones as shown, in a 35 x 40 area. the cones are the starting positions as if we were playing out from a goal kick,
2. blue and red go opposite directions. there is no set pattern, the ball must travel from the GK to the 9 touching as many or a few a players as needed.
3. players can move off the cones once the ball is in play.
4. players rotate up 1 line (GK-CB-FB-6-10-9)
Progression - add 1 passive defender for each direction to block off more lanes and force more decision making.
