In teams of 4, aim is to transfer ball from end zones through the two central players. Blue and red teams will be in same grid, working on movement, body shape, weight/type of pass and awareness.
Progression: Receive bounce pass with player in end zone and replace player positions.
Body shape: Open up body (45') and keep head up to check where players are in grid.
Weight/type of pass: Short/Long? 1-2 touch?
Scanning: Scan area to control and play out and PLAY FORWARD.
