One goal. There is a goalkeeper or the coach can be the keeper. There are no teams, only 1 on 1 defending and attacking based on quick transition.
First person from reds dribbles the ball to the goal and takes a shot. Then, first person from blues dribbles the ball and tries to take a shot but the first red tries to tackle him. Then, first red player go into back of the other line and the blue players defends the second red player and it goes on like this.
Basically, the player who takes a shot then defends the other player who is coming from the other line
Make sure the transitions are quick. As soons as the player takes a shot, the player from the other line should start
The attacking player can take a shot by creating an angle to himself without beating the defender or he can shoot after he beats the defender
Players need to make quick decision
Attacking player should change pace/direction to beat the defender
Defender should be side on
Defender should not hurry to tackle the ball and wait for the right moment like when attacking player makes a bad/big touch. Otherwise, defending player should be patient and close the angles for shooting
