1 - Leg goals - Yellow player must dribble with ball keeping it in grid (10yardsx10yards) and attempting to play the ball through the legs of the red player. Red player must avoid using fast feet, but must instead concentrate on position.
3 attempts each and then swap over.
2 - Keep ball - Yellow player must attempt to keep ball and shield it from red player. Red player must regain ball for a point. Ball to stay in grid. Swap after 30secs if ball has not changed possession.
3 - Yellow passes to red, who must now try and beat yellow to stop ball on opposte line.
4 - Three corners - Yellow plays the ball to red, who must now attempt to stop the ball at either corner (except the one they start with their back to). 1 point for either corner, or 2 points for corner directly behind yellow player.
