2 v 2 and the rest of the players are jokers on the side. That way it's really 8 v 2.
Make sure you feed new balls at each goal and each time the ball is out of play. Encourage the players to maintain sprint intensity and the games should be no longer than 40 seconds each.
Intensity is key in this drill. Make sure all 4 players chase the ball constantly to get the pulse to max. Dont let anyone stay on goal while their teammate puts pressure on the ball.
Keep the matches short and very intense.
